Mission Statement
The Salt & Light
Company is an organization sponsored and supported by the University
Chaplaincy of Boston College. The mission of the Salt & Light
Company is to encourage Christian faith and action among all who choose
to be a part of the community. This mission is accomplished by
emphasizing the following five components:

Spirituality
- encouraging
a growing personal relationship with Jesus and a commitment to
the values of the reign of God he proclaimed.

Community
- providing
an atmosphere of support, where faith and Christian discipleship
can be explored and expressed with others.
|
|
Ministry
- providing
opportunities for service to and with others in the name of
Christ.
|
|
Outreach
- providing
an inviting and open community where any person will feel
welcome and valued.
|
|
Celebration
- experiencing
and sharing faith in an environment which encourages creativity,
spontaneity, fun and adventure.
