Housing Information
To reserve a
hotel room at the special conference rate, please contact
the hotel directly. The
conference rate is available until the block is sold out or
until the cut-off date , whichever comes first. Hotel rooms
are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, and it is
strongly recommended you make your reservations early. The
Conference Services Office of MIT does not handle hotel reservations.
Kendall
Hotel: A block
of rooms has been reserved for the nights of June 13-17, 2004
at the Kendall Hotel (350 Main Street, Cambridge, MA 02139)
at a rate of $159.00 per night (single or double), plus applicable
taxes. The hotel reservations phone number is 866-566-1300.
When making your reservation please mention that you are calling
for the NAAUG-SMUG room block. This special rate is
available until the block is sold out or until the cut-off
date of May 30, 2004,
whichever comes first.
Hotel
@ MIT: A block of rooms has been reserved for
the nights of June 13-17, 2004 at the Hotel @ MIT (20 Sidney
Street, Cambridge, MA 02139) at a rate of $169.00 per night
(single or double), plus applicable taxes. The hotel reservations
phone number is (617) 577-0200 and email address is
reservations@hotelatmit.com.
When making your reservation please mention that you are calling
for the NAAUG and SMUG room block. This special rate
is available until the block is sold out or until the cut-off
date of May 14, 2004,
whichever comes first.
On-campus housing: On-campus accommodations will be available in both air-conditioned single and full double (only one bed) rooms or non-air-conditioned single and shared double (two beds) rooms. The rates for the dormitories are as follows:
Single NO AIR CONDITIONING $57.00 (no private bathrooms)
Double NO AIR CONDITIONING $74.00 ($37.00 per person, 2 single beds, no private bathrooms)
Single with AIR CONDITIONING $67.00 (no private bathrooms)
Double with AIR CONDITIONING $84.00 ($42.00 per person, 2 single beds, no private bathrooms)
Double with AIR CONDITIONING $96.00 single or $115.00 double (1 double bed,
private bathroom and small kitchenette)
Note: On-campus housing may only be requested by participants who have registered and paid for the conference. A limited number of on-campus parking spaces are available only to persons registered for MIT on-campus housing.
