Description: 100 stereoscopic slides and 1 telebinocular.
Notes: Rev. George A. Keith, S.J. provided the text that appears on the reverse side of each slide.

- Title: Thomas Merton Collection, 1942-1981, (bulk 1951-1968).
Description: 7 linear ft. (21 boxes).
Finding aids: Inventory available. Folder level control.
Summary: Composed primarily of articles, essays, poems, and other
writings of Merton. Also includes lecture notes and other
material for conferences given at Gethsemani Abbey. There
is some correspondence of Merton, as well as photographs,
and drawings. The collection includes reviews, sermons, and
other items relating to Merton and his work. There are
galley proofs and original manuscripts of several books by
Merton.

Summary: Collection has two major subgroups, the Thomas Merton papers and the James Forest papers. The Merton papers date between 1915 and 1984; the Forest papers date between 1968 and 1996

Summary: Composed of publications, sermons, reviews, clippings,
correspondence, photographs, manuscripts, and other items of
Pennington. Much of the material relates to Catholic
spirituality and Thomas Merton. Also includes diaries,
articles, and other works of Merton.
