Summer is a perfect time for intellectual growth. Freed from the demands of a heavy schedule, one can survey courses and reevaluate programs. Boston College Summer allows study with dedicated faculty; many are widely recognized in their field. Summer provides educational opportunities for almost everyone: current students as well as those who may not have been in a classroom for years.
Summer courses maintain the same quality of instruction and academic performance that Boston College provides during the regular academic year. Classes are generally smaller, less formal and tend to encourage more interaction between student and faculty. Summer students benefit especially from exchanges with a distinguished University faculty committed to teaching. The campus offers easy access to all academic, social, and recreational services and facilities.
