International Higher Education
The quarterly publication of the CIHE

We believe that international perspective will contribute to enlightened policy and practice. In the interest of this goal, CIHE publishes International Higher Education quarterly. We welcome correspondence, ideas for articles, and reports.

   International Higher Education Goes International
CIHE's flagship publication International Higher Education, now appears in three international editions in addition to our CIHE's published version. For almost two years, IHE has been published in Chinese by the Graduate School of Education at Shanghai Jiao Tong University in both on-line and print editions. Beginning in 2010, IHE appears in Russian, published by the Independent Kazakhstan Quality Assurance Agency and available throughout the Russian-speaking area. Most recently, the Deutsche Universitätzeitung, the major magazine in German-speaking countries, has agreed to distribute IHE to their 20,000 subscribers in our original English edition. These international editions supplement the print and on-line versions of IHE published by CIHE, and significantly broaden our scope and circulation. IHE is the only publication providing news and analysis of higher education issues in multiple languages on a regular basis for a global audience. Further information about these editions can be found at the following web sites:
