CIHE is developing a directory of "experts" or scholars to encourage the development of international knowledge networks. The purpose of this directory is to facilitate communication among people who share areas of interest in the field of higher education. We hope to to encourage international connections and networks where graduate students, scholars, and researchers can identify others with common interests, exchange information, and initiate collaborations.
