UNESCO Global Education Digest 2006
The Global Education Digest 2006 presents the latest education statistics from primary to tertiary levels in more than 200 countries. It also tracks the flows of foreign or mobile students.
Mobile students are defined as those who study in foreign countries where they are not permanent residents. This 194-page report can be downloaded in English or French and will be
available in Arabic, Russion, Spanish.

World Bank
The Task Force on Higher Education and Society was convened by the World Bank and UNESCO and spent 18 months exploring the state of higher education in developing countries. The
