Erasmus Mundus
The Erasmus Mundus programme is a co-operation and mobility programme in the field of higher education. It aims to enhance quality in European higher education and to promote intercultural understanding through co-operation with third countries.
The programme is intended to strengthen European co-operation and international links in higher education by supporting high-quality European Masters Courses, by enabling students and visiting scholars from around the world to engage in postgraduate study at European universities, as well as by encouraging the outgoing mobility of European students and scholars towards third countries.

The traditional Fulbright Scholar Program sends 800 U.S. faculty and professionals abroad each year. Grantees lecture and conduct research in a wide variety of academic and professional fields.

Fundación Carolina
La Fundación Carolina se constituyó, en octubre del año 2000, como fundación para la promoción de las relaciones culturales y la cooperación en materia
educativa y científica entre España y los países de la Comunidad Iberoamericana de Naciones, así como con otros países con especiales vínculos históricos,
culturales o geográficos. Sus motivos principales son:
La participación de actores públicos y privados de las relaciones entre España e Iberoamérica, como el Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores y de Cooperación,
la Secretaría de Estado de Cooperación y multitud de empresas con participación en la región.
La Fundación, por tanto, aparece como un ejemplo de las “asociaciones público-privadas” que se están promoviendo en la cooperación internacional
al desarrollo.

The Norad Fellowship Programme
The Norad Fellowship Programme is based on a vision that educational opportunities at universities and university colleges in Norway can contribute to competence building
and institutional development in the South. The programme provides scholarships for students from developing countries to study at master level in Norway. The programme is regulated
by an agreement between Norad and the Norwegian Council for Higher Education.

Norad Programme in Arts and Cultural Education
The Norad Programme in Arts and Cultural Education (ACE) offers support to co-operation between higher education institutions in the South and in Norway. The programme is
limited to projects at university, university college and professional training levels. The programme does not offer individual scholarships. ACE aims to contribute towards
the professionalisation of artists and art forms in the South, and to contribute towards reciprocal learning between institutions in Norway and in the South.

Organization of American States (OAS) Scholarships
The objective of the Organization of American States (OAS) Program of Scholarships and Training is to assist the member states with their domestic efforts in pursuit of integral development goals by supporting human resource development in the priority areas established by the Summits of the Americas, the Strategic Plan for Partnership for Integral Development of the Inter-American Council for Integral Development (CIDI), and the OAS General Assembly.

The Department of Human Development (DHD) of the General Secretariat of the Organization of American States (OAS) offers professional development scholarships to citizens of OAS Member States. Professional Development courses aim to expand or refresh participants' professional expertise in areas of specialization related to the priority development areas of the OAS as outlined in the Inter-American Council for Integral Development (CIDI) Strategic Plan for Partnership for Integral Development 2006-2009. Scholarship for Study in Europe
