Silent Auction Rules

The Silent Auction begins at 2:45 p.m. and ends at 5:00 p.m.
Please list name, phone number & your bid amount on the bidding sheets. PLEASE write legibly.
BIDS MUST BE IN $5 INCREMENTS or your bid will not be accepted.
When the close of the Auction is ANNOUNCED bids will no longer be accepted.
The names of the item winners will be highlighted on the Bid Sheets when the Silent Auction closes.
Payment & Pick up: Bring the highlighted Bid Sheet to the Cashier Area for payment & pick up of the item.

Blind Auction Rules

The Blind Auction will run concurrently with the Silent Auction.
Bid what YOU think the item is worth & and hope you that your bid is the HIGHEST.
A PILF volunteer will time stamp your bid. In case of a tie, the earliest bid wins.
Winners will be listed after the close of the Silent Auction.
Payment & Pick up: Bring the Blind Auction receipt to the Cashier Area for payment & pick up of the item.


Live Auction Rules

The Live Auction begins at 3:30 p.m. and will continue until all the items are sold.
The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer will have the privilege of purchasing the item!
Payment & Pick up: A PILF runner will give you a receipt, which is for payment & pick up of the item at the Cashier Area.
