BC Law's
LGBT students receive wide support from alumni, faculty, staff,
administration and fellow students. As
an organization, Lambda also encourage outreach to
our friends and colleagues throughout That
said, we are not blind to BC’s negative reputation toward diversity. Only
recently, did BC’s administration officially recognize an undergraduate
gay-straight organization, called Allies. Furthermore, the university maintains
a position of excluding sexual orientation from its non-discrimination
policy. While the law school includes sexual orientation within its
non-discrimination policy, like many American law schools, BCLS abandoned it
to permit military recruiters to use the law school’s Career Services office
and its resources. Please see our

for more information. Nevertheless, we
are fighting discrimination and not without the generous support of our
friends at BCLS. If you
