Boston College Center for Work & Family is an acknowledged leader in the field of Work-Life. What sets the Center for Work & Family apart is our dedication to working with employers to apply this knowledge for the benefit of their organization and its employees. This is accomplished through our Corporate Partnerships as well as through our educational offerings and the development of customized programs to assist organizations and individuals be more effective in Work/Life integration.

Our Education and Custom Programs are based on the Center for Work & Family Organizational Effectiveness Model. These programs are designed to help your company and your employees successfully achieve business objectives as well as personal goals.

Custom Engagements

The staff at the Center for Work & Family would be happy to assist you with customized research and implementation projects related to our work.  Some examples of past custom engagements include:

  •      Custom Research (e.g. custom Standards of Excellence; mentoring study)
  •       Training Development (e.g. developing course materials for flex training)
  •       Organization Change Facilitation (e.g. sessions with leaders; helping to define purpose, vision, values; working with managers to identify and prioritize obstacles & develop an implementation plan)
