This order form is for Gaelic Roots 2003 Evening Event tickets, which are available to the general public.You may post or Fax your order with payment to us at the contacts listed below. We are no longer accepting orders via the internet, due to technical difficulties. When we receive your order we will mail your tickets to the address on the form. If you do not receive your tickets within 20 days, you should call us @ 617-552-0490 to ensure that we have received your order.

Note:  Registered Gaelic Roots Students or Parents or Guardians who have purchased the Parent/Guardian Package are not required to fill out this form in order to attend the evening events.  All evening events (except Saturday's Farewell Concert) are included in your registration.
