Student Registration Form 

(Only One Person Per Form Please)

This is the required Student Registration Form for Gaelic Roots 2003. For more detailed information, refer to our Registration Information page.

All students 14 years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult supervisor.(0nly one person may accompany a registered student.) Please use the Parent/Guardian Registration Form if you are signing up as an accompanying adult.

Should you require housing, you will need to submit an additional form, along with this registration form.  Please refer to our Housing Registration Form upon completion of this form.
 
 

THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO REGISTER FOR GAELIC ROOTS
(Incomplete forms and forms without payment will not be accepted):

1. Post or Fax the Student Registration Form in the Gaelic Roots brochure to contacts listed below.
2. Post or Fax a printed Web registration form to contacts listed below.

Because of technical difficulties, we no longer accept registrations by internet or email. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Upon receipt of your registration form, you should receive a letter of acceptance within 20-25 days. If you do not receive an acceptance letter, you should e-mail us at bc.edu/gaelicroots or call 617-552-1772 to ensure that your registration form was received by the Gaelic Roots office.

You must submit full payment when you e-mail or send in your registration. Reservations are not accepted for Gaelic Roots. To cancel your registration and receive a refund (less a $100.00 processing fee) you must notify us by April 1st, 2003. Cancellations received between April 2nd to June 1st will be refunded by 50%. No refunds after June 1st. All housing fees will be refunded in full.

*Note: Registration for Gaelic Roots will close when 400 students are enrolled. For the past 3 years registration has filled at the end of February.

*Note to adult dancers: In order to insure enough space for our young competitive dance students, it is now Gaelic Roots policy that TCRG Registered Teachers and Adjudicators may not sign up for Beginners, Novice, Preliminaries, Prizewinner or Open Champion Gaelic Roots Irish step dance classes. Please register instead for the special adult step dancing class.
