Parent/Guardian Registration Form 

 

This is the require registration form for a parent or guardian who will be accompanying a Gaelic Roots 2003 registered student and who wishes to participate in the following activities: Monday and Friday dinners, faculty recitals, Wednesday boat cruise, Thursday's Master Concert, music seisiúns. Registered parents/guardians will also have access to Boston College's Flynn Recreation Center. Bus transportation will be provided for Gaelic Roots students and registered parents and guardians from Boston College, to and from the Boston Harbor Boat Cruise. Saturday evening's Farewell Concert tickets must be purchased separately. Please remember if you did not purchase a ticket when you registered, this concert is open to the general public and tickets sell fast.

All students 14 years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult supervisor
Only ONE person may accompany a registered student.
Should you require housing, you will need to fill out a separate form.

THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO REGISTER FOR GAELIC ROOTS
(Incomplete forms will not be accepted):

                                                     1.Post or Fax a  printed copy of the Web registration form.
                                                     2.Fill out all required information on the brochure registration form
                                                         and fax or mail it in.

Because of technical difficulties WE NO LONGER TAKE REGISTRATIONS OVER THE INTERNET. Please print out this form and post or fax it, together with your payment to the contacts listed below. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Upon receipt of registration, you should receive a letter of acceptance within 20-25 days.  If you do not receive a letter of acceptance within this time period, you should call us @ 617-552-1772 to ensure that your registration was received by the Gaelic Roots office.

You must submit payment when you e-mail or send in your registration.  Reservations are not accepted for Gaelic Roots. To withdraw from Gaelic Roots and receive a refund (less a $50 processing fee), you must notify us by April 1st, 2003.  No refunds after June 1st.

**Note:  Registration for Gaelic Roots will close when 400 students are enrolled. For the past four years registration has closed at the end of February.
