ACCOMMODATIONS INFORMATION
- Boston College Housing
Due to the
high cost of Boston hotel accommodation,
dormitory rooms for conference participants and
their families will be made available from June 3
through June 6. All
accommodation at Boston College is non-smoking.
Please remember that these are dormitory rooms
and DO NOT come equipped with phone, fax, e-mail,
television or radio. Linen will be supplied but
not changed unless requested. Boston College does
not supply cribs or other equipment for very
young children. All rooms are air-conditioned.
Suites include refrigerator and sink, eating area
and lounge area. Each bedroom in a suite
sleeps two with four bedrooms in each suite
(total of 8 persons). Each suite has two
bathrooms. However, utensils are not
provided. You may wish to bring a personal
coffee/tea maker, dishes, utensils, radio, or
personal pillow to make your stay more
comfortable. Based on 1998 prices and thus
subject to some slight increase, the following is
the cost of staying in a Boston College dormitory
room. Unfortunately Boston College cannot
arrange for roommates for those coming alone. You
are welcome to do so on your own.
- Single Occupancy - one person per bedroom: $49.00/night
- Double Occupancy - two persons per bedroom: $32.00 Per
person/night
