The Boston College Sailing Team was very lucky to be under the supervision and guidance of Greg Wilkinson, who is new to the Boston College Athletic Staff this year. For twelve years now, Greg has been coaching on many levels from junior to high school to college sailing. He has worked specially on the Olympic Laser Campaign during which he was a private coach.
Greg comes to the Boston College staff from University of Vermont where he coached sailing for six years, basically creating and strengthening a nationally ranked team of sailors. Aside from his work at BC, Greg manages a yacht club and runs a non-profit sailing program in NE Harbor, Maine where he spends his summers.
Greg is an accomplished fisher and enjoys windsurfing when he is not working.
