For your convenience, you may either register in person during Member Services hours, by fax 617-552-1886 or through the mail. Be sure to check out the rules of the facility if using mail-in registration. You will be required to sign that you have read and agree to all Flynn Recreation Complex rules. Please fill out the Summer Membership Form provided completely. All summer members must obtain a new Boston College Eagle-One ID. Please fill in a, current ID # and age of all children.

Eagle-One ID cards need to be obtained within two weeks of your membership purchase. To obtain the Eagle-One ID card, please stop by Member Services to have your picture taken. Returning summer 2008 members do not have to have a new picture taken, as your picture will still be on file from last summer. ID’s should be ready within five (5) - ten (10) business days and will be mailed to the address you have provided.

If you wish to rent a locker, please indicate this beside your name on the form. If you are signing up your spouse, your children or yourself for any programs, please be sure to list each persons name and the program name. If you are signing up the same name for multiple programs then list each program name on a separate line.

You may pay by check or money order payable to BCAD. You may also pay by Visa/MasterCard by filling in the appropriate information. Please mail the Membership Form along with the check or credit card information to the address indicated. Your form will be processed and your receipt and locker information will be mailed to you. Please note credit card numbers will not be kept on file once processed. You may also fax your completed form to the Membership Office at 617-552-1886
