Cancellations and Refunds

Membership: You may cancel your membership within three business days of your join date and receive a full refund as per Massachusetts General Law. After that, your membership can be terminated and refund will be made on a prorated basis.

Refunds will not be made on any locker rentals.

Leaving Boston College: Your refund will be prorated based on the unused months for the membership period. You will not be charged a cancellation fee.

Request to cancel membership: If your status has not changed and you are not leaving Boston College you will be charged a cancellation fee of $25.00. Your refund will be prorated based on the unused months for the membership period. Refunds will be made by check.

To request a refund, download the refund form and either fax to Sandy Corsi at 617-552-1886 or mail to Boston College, Flynn Recreation Complex, Sandy Corsi, 140 Commonwealth Ave., Chestnut Hill, MA 02467. You may also go to the Member Services Office to fill out the form. Form must include a signature.

Programs: You may cancel your program registration within three business days of your registration date and receive a full refund as per Massachusetts General Law. After that time, you will receive a full refund if there is a cancellation of class or program. All other cancellations will be charged a cancellation fee of $15.00 as your slot was held in the class.

Summer camp: Summer camp registration is nonrefundable as upon registration a spot is secured for your child.
