CAMPUS RECREATION - MEMBERSHIP

The Boston College Recreation Complex offers a variety of membership options for our students, faculty, and staff. To sign up, please visit Member Services during office hours. To renew an existing membership, fill out and submit membership form or contact Member Services at plexmem@bc.edu. To request a copy of the fall brochure, e-mail your name and address to plexmem@bc.edu

ELIGIBILITY
All full-time Boston College undergraduate students are automatically members of the William J. Flynn Recreation Complex and have full use of the facilities and equipment effective at Freshman orientation through May 31 of Senior Year. The summer following graduation, young alumni may purchase a summer membership at the student rate.

All other Boston College students (Graduate/Evening College), currently enrolled in a degree-granting program and currently registered for classes, and spouses thereof, may purchase a membership by presenting a valid Boston College Eagle-one ID card (obtainable in Lyons Hall).  Paper ID's issued by the Evening College are not valid at the RecPlex.  Anyone in this category may opt not to purchase a membership, but rather present his/her Boston College Eagle-one card and pay a fee each time they come in to use the Recreation Complex. The daily fee for a student, student spouse or their guests is $5.00. Children under 5 years of age are not charged a guest fee.

All Boston College faculty, staff,  and spouses thereof,  may purchase a membership by presenting a valid Boston College Eagle-one ID card (obtainable in Lyons Hall).  Anyone in this category may opt not to purchase a membership, but rather present his/her Boston College Eagle-one card and pay a $7.00 guest fee each time they come in to use the Recreation Complex. Children under 5 years of age are not charged a guest fee. Facuty & staff may sign in up to five guests per vist and must remain in the building with their guests at all times. Any guest under the age of 14, must have member in the area of the building with them at all times.

• Student Guests - $5.00
• Faculty/Staff Guests - $7.00

Alumni and non-BC affiliated.  Memberships are not available during the Academic year, but may be purchased during the months of June, July and August. Those wishing to purchase a summer membership should contact Member Services.

Insurance Reimbursement:   Many health insurance companies will issue partial reimbursement on your Membership. If you would like a copy of your receipt and a letter confirming your membership, please e-mail Member Services at plexmem@bc.edu with your name, eagle number and where we can send your information. If you also need a copy of the reimbursement form for your insurance company, please indicate which company. You may print the reimbursement form for Harvard Pilgrim. for Blue Cross Blue Shield.
