OUR PROGRAM

group fitness photosWelcome to the Boston College Group Fitness Program. Our schedule will be sure to provide you with a variety of workouts for all your fitness needs. Best of all, all classes are free with a Plex membership. Join the program at any time.

 

Class updates:

*The new Spin Bikes are here!  We have 26 brand new Star Trac Pro Spinning Bikes!  Come try out one of our many Spin Classes. 
*All cycle classes require advanced sign-up to guarantee a spot in the class. You may sign up for cycle class 1 day in advance at the Equipment Desk. BC ID’s are required for sign up. Phone reservations are permitted only the day of the scheduled class.  Please call the Equipment Desk at 617-552-0796. There will be a 7 person wait list and those who arrive late will have their spot given to the next person on the wait list. Repetitive no shows will not be granted the privilege to take class. Participants may NOT adjust the cycles other than handle bar height and seat height (no bringing your own pedals, seats, etc.) ONLY gel pads are allowed. Members should bring a towel and water. Cleaning supplies are provided to wipe down the bikes after class.


*NEW POLICY: All Yoga participants are required to bring their own yoga mats during the Fall Semester for sanitary reasons. Yoga mats will be on sale at the equipment desk.

Class types and times may change due to instructor availability or class popularity. For the most updated schedule, check the Group Fitness schedule section of our website for changes and cancellations.
