Louis Astuto's interest in personal training derives from his passion for sports and fitness. He encourages all of his clients to approach their
sessions as if they were a competition and strives to make each workout more challenging and physically demanding than the one that preceded it.
Louis has extensive experience working with people of all ages and fitness
levels. He encourages all of his clients to set both short and long-term goals for themselves that are tailored to their individual fitness desires. He is committed to teaching all of his clients proper lifting mechanics, cardiovascular progression, and the fundamentals of a successful fitness routine.

Austin Brown is currently a sophomore in the Carroll School of Management. He is from Barrington, Rhode Island and has been involved in sports since the age of 3, exercising regularly and lifting since he was twelve.
Austin is a former Division 1 college football player and also competed in three varsity sports in high school. Austin specializes in everything from learning the basics to heavy power lifting and hopes to help people reach their fitness goals through his passion for being healthy and fit.

Colin is a third year doctoral student in the Philosophy Department. His interest in personal training stems from his belief that a sound mind and a fit body complement one another. His expertise in personal training is
fueled by his passion for Powerlifting, a strength sport which consists of the squat, bench press, and the deadlift.
Colin also offers training in metabolic conditioning-- a process that allows the body to store and deliver energy more effectively, enabling improved muscular endurance and fat loss. His mission is to help his clients achieve their strength and conditioning goals by educating them about the
fundamental principles of fitness in a positive environment.

Laura discovered her passion for fitness in high school, where she was a three-sport athlete. Since enrolling in college, she has trained for half and full marathons, but also loves lifting and incorporating circuit training and Crossfit into her workouts.
She is constantly looking to find new ways to challenge herself and her clients. She believes fitness should be an integral part of everyone’s life and hopes to find ways to make working out more fun and accessible for each person.

Kathleen is a senior in the College of Arts & Sciences who has always had a passion for fitness and health. She grew up playing lacrosse, soccer, and basketball and went on to play varsity basketball in high school.
She first became interested in person training when she became a fitness attendant in 2009. She is a firm believer in the importance of exercise for your mind, body, and soul. Kath will put you through a tough workout of circuit training and full body conditioning to help you achieve your goals!

to looking and feeling healthy. He will help you to better understand your body, show you how physical and mental well-being are closely

Ries is a trainer who can adapt to meet the needs of a diverse group of clients while keeping everyone's individual goals in mind. In addition to personal training, he has taught a number of small group fitness classes, including: Fit for Fall, Fit for Spring Break and Fit for Summer.
Ries welcomes challenges and is always looking for new ways to exercise and push his clients further. He is fully commited to helping his clients reach their fitness goals and will supply them with all the support, guidance and motivation they need along the way.

Esteban grew up in Miami, FL, where he was a three-sport varsity athlete in high school. Coming from a soccer-intensive background, he is now challenging himself with endurance sports and triathlons.

also understands the nutritional aspects essential for endurance training to be at one's optimal weight and composition.

Jessica firmly believes that physical wellness is a key component to high self-esteem and mental wellbeing and enjoys providing her clients with encouragement and motivation every step of the way. She welcomes
the opportunity to help her clients shed pounds, drop sizes, and tone muscles through strength and conditioning circuit training.

dietary discipline.

Giovanni (Gio) has been actively involved in fitness for years and believes in doing whatever it takes to achieve one's goals. In high school, he was varsity wrestling captain and was voted the hardest working individual on his football team. More recently, he has been training for multiple mile-long obstacle courses that require endurance, determination, and great physical and mental strength.
Gio has learned a lot about nutrition and health maintenance through the nursing program, and enjoys sharing his knowledge with clients. While working with Gio, you can expect a different work out every day to avoid monotony and keep your workouts fresh!

Fitness has always been a part of Julie Wojno’s life. She grew up swimming and dancing in Ohio and developed a passion for health and fitness at a young age. She is currently studying communication and journalism at BC and hopes to write for a health magazine post graduation.
Julie’s fitness philosophy rests in living a healthy, active lifestyle in order to get the most out of life. She sees exercise not as a chore, but as a privilege and believes that the benefits of fitness carry over into all aspects of life. When you’re fit, you have the energy to do your best in everything you do.

Justin has been involved in fitness for most of his life. He grew up in the bodybuilding community (both his mother and her boyfriend were competitive bodybuilders) and began wrestling in the 5th grade. He studied boxing and mixed martial arts before developing a passion for CrossFit and the high intensity, total body circuit training that it provides.
He has a desire to help others achieve their fitness goals and is well versed in both Olympic style weightlifting and powerlifting techniques. He enjoys training people of all fitness levels but has a true passion for helping
athletes prepare for competition.
