welcome to the plex fitness center
The Fitness Center is a 10,000 sq. ft. facility that offers a wide variety of fitness equipment that will satisfy both the inexperienced and experienced user. The Fitness Center offers over 100 pieces of cardio equipment from Precor, Life Fitness, Stairmaster, Nautilus, and Cybex. The cardiovascular equipment is complemented by a full line of Life Fitness selectorized equipment, Hammer Strength plate loaded strength equipment, Olympic bench stations, and a full line of dumbbells
