Prior to joining the Center, Bonnie worked as a staff assistant in the Philosophy department and as an administrative assistant in Campus Ministry at BC. She received her B.A. at St. Joseph's College in Brooklyn, NY and her M.S. in Administrative Studies from Boston College.

Michaela is a senior Biology and International Studies double major, with a concentration in Ethics and International Social Justice. Her BC coursework has been very interdisciplinary, focusing on public health and global ethics. After graduation, she hopes to work in public health policy or security studies before eventually pursuing graduate school. Michaela is excited to work at the Center to build her technical skills and deepen her understanding of human rights work. On campus, Michaela is a co-president of GlobeMed, a global health organization partnered with a grassroots community health NGO in Coimbatore, India, where she traveled as an intern during the summer before her junior year. Outside of academics, Michaela is also the co-president of a tap dancing team called On Tap, is a member of both the Marching Band and BC bOp!, and is involved in campus ministry.
