Diversity & Inclusion

Many Voices. One Community.

What does it mean to be one community? At BC Law, we embrace and celebrate differences, following through on our commitment to diversity with tangible action to create an inclusive environment. That environment is inspired by the Jesuit intellectual tradition, which blends the quest for knowledge and debate with respect for all backgrounds and viewpoints.

Our curriculum features courses that address the importance of diversity within the law and society. Renowned faculty provide one-on-one mentoring, and we help students of diverse backgrounds, experiences, and beliefs thrive on campus and beyond. In everything we do—from our curriculum and student support to programming and hiring—we bring the spirit of inclusion to life.

A commitment to diversity is more than an institutional mandate: It’s a cherished part of our holistic approach to education. A truly just intellectual community embraces and celebrates a diversity of backgrounds and perspectives, recognizing the value in every voice.
