Meghan T. Sweeney
Associate Professor, Boston College School of Arts and Sciences
Meghan T. Sweeney, Associate Professor of the Practice of Theology, joined the Boston College faculty in 2006 to teach in the PULSE Program for Service Learning. Since June, 2014 she has served as the program's Cooney Family Director. A New York City native and current Boston resident, Professor Sweeney continues to be grateful to have lived in diverse urban environments and the many opportunities for learning they provide. She attended the College of the Holy Cross (A.B.), Harvard Divinity School (M.Div.) and Emory University (Ph.D.). Meghan interned with the Brooklyn federal defender division of the Legal Aid Society before starting college, and worked for two years as a litigation paralegal at Goodwin, Procter & Hoar before entering divinity school.
