The William F. Connell School of Nursing at Boston College welcomes qualified applicants for the positions listed below. All candidates must have a Ph.D. or research-focused terminal degree, and have a master’s degree in a related nursing specialty area when appropriate. An active program of research/scholarship is strongly desired.
Candidates with a DNP, PhD or other terminal doctorate with experience in Adult-Gerontology Primary Care, Family Nurse Practitioner, Nursing Anesthesia, Pediatric Primary Care, Psych/Mental Health, or Women’s Health are invited to apply for Assistant or Associate Professor rank positions. Faculty members with this rank are eligible to teach in both the graduate and undergraduate programs.
Candidates with a terminal doctorate and an MS in Nursing and one year’s continuous full-time (or equivalent) experience as a Registered Nurse in the areas of Medical Surgical, Maternity, Pediatric, Psychiatric, or Population Health are invited to apply for Clinical Instructor positions in our undergraduate program.

We are also seeking an accomplished scholar (associate or full professor) for appointment as the inaugural holder of the Barry Family/Goldman Sachs Endowed Chair in Nursing.
