Ericka Webb

Ericka Webb was named Director of Gift Planning in September 2015. She oversees all aspects of the gift planning program and works closely with donors, their advisors, staff, and University leadership to increase philanthropic support to the University through legacy gifts. She was Director of Gift Planning and Endowment for the WGBH Educational Foundation for more than four years.  Prior to joining WGBH, Ericka worked in the gift planning offices at both Harvard University and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. 

Ericka earned her bachelor’s degree in international relations from American University and a master’s in education from Harvard University. She spent a year as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Chad, Africa, where she worked on community health education and other initiatives. She is a member of the Partnership for Philanthropic Planning and the Planned Giving Group of New England.


Rosa M. Mayorga '04

Rosa Mayorga '04 joined the Office of Gift Planning in April 2013. Rosa partners with BC alumni, parents, and friends to help them find the legacy gift that best meets their goals while supporting the Heights. Rosa previously worked at Joslin diabetes Center for five years, managing the center's planned giving program for the last three and a half years. Prior to her career in nonprofit development, she served on numerous political campaigns. Rosa is a 2004 graduate of Boston College and a member of the Planned Giving Group of New England.


Meaghan A. McCarthy '15

Meaghan McCarthy ’15 manages stewardship events and the day-to-day operations of the Office of Gift Planning. Prior to BC, Meaghan was an intern in the overnight program at Rosie’s Place and she worked as a paralegal assistant at Cullen and Dykman LLP. As a student, Meaghan was active in BC’s Arrupe International Immersion Program, traveling to Puebla, Mexico and serving as a student leader for a trip to Guatemala. She graduated from BC in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in economics and English.
