Join Us for an Event 25 Years in the Making!

View Highlights from the 2016 Event

Please join us as we honor John Williams with the President's Medal for Excellence and enjoy the music of Keith Lockhart and the Boston Pops Orchestra with special guest performing artist, Jennifer Hudson, and medal ceremony chair, Chris O’Donnell '92.

The 25th Annual Scholarship Gala will be a celebration of Jim Cleary and his vision; a celebration of tradition and a BC community that just keeps getting stronger; and a celebration of the gift of an education.

Your Table Is Set

Pops

There are few greater gifts than that of an education. Pops on the Heights table benefactors have made a Boston College education a reality for nearly 1,900 students over the past 24 years. The simple truth is that table benefactors change lives. To maximize the impact Pops has on financial aid, we offer a variety of table benefactor options. Each comes with a VIP pre-concert reception and a view of the 25th anniversary gala from some of the best seats in the house.

Leadership at the Heights

Launched by the legendary Jim Cleary '50, H'93, P'84 '89, Pops on the Heights began with a simple but powerful mission: bring the BC family together for a night of great music in support of financial aid. From the very beginning, Pops has been an opportunity to demonstrate what we are capable of as a community when we come together as "Eagles for Others". When Jim passed away in 2012, the baton was passed to John Fish, P'13, '18, and a succession of incredible leaders since. Thanks to the hard work of these chairs and the Pops Executive Committee, the 25th gala event promises to be the most successful Pops on the Heights ever!
