on campus
During RECONNECT, on campus housing is available in 90 St. Thomas More Hall for $55 per person, per night. This is the best rate available for all housing options. You may register for housing on campus by clicking here. Because campus housing is limited, it is available on a first-come, first-served basis. One RECONNECT attendee is responsible for booking the suite, and payment is due at the time of registration.
Linens and towels are available, but other toiletries and incidentals are not provided.
Campus housing check-in is located at the Alumni Welcome Center in 110 St. Thomas More Hall. Check-in is available on Friday, July 17, and Saturday, July 18, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Participants in the golf tournament may check in on Thursday, July 16, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
How does housing registration work with multiple suitemates?
If you wish to do this, you must fill all available spaces, provide the names of all guests and be sure to include payment for all guests. You are guaranteed housing for only those classmates/guests for whom you have paid housing in full. Due to the high volume of those requesting accommodations, the Office of Residential Life is unable to reserve spaces without payment, and all spaces in a suite must be filled. If fewer than eight occupants are listed and paid, other classmates and guests will be placed in the suite to fill all available spaces.
Off Campus
Please note that all events aside from the Celebrity Golf Tournament and Starlight Boat Cruise will be held on campus. Transportation to and from the hotels is the responsibility of the individual guest. You will need to plan ahead for travel time between the hotels and events.
Hotels rooms are available at several locations at a discounted rate.
