Organization and High School Visits
office of undergraduate admission
Thank you for your interest in bringing your students to Boston College. We welcome organizations and high school groups to campus, but we ask that you arrange your visit in advance so that we can best meet your needs. We require at least two weeks' notice to accommodate organization or high school visit requests. Unruly or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. Due to the large number of organization and high school groups that visit our campus, we are unable to provide transportation, housing, or food.
Age Requirement for Organizations
Visit programs offered through the Undergraduate Admission Office are designed for high school students, specifically juniors and seniors, and college transfer students. We certainly applaud the efforts of early-intervention programs and educators who are interested in exposing elementary or middle-school students to college.
However, to participate in our Organization and High School visit program, students must be from a high school or college or from an organization that caters to this age group. This is due to our resource constraints and our desire not to contribute to the college admission frenzy, which can occur when introducing students to the college admission process at such an early age. It is our belief that the best way to prepare elementary and middle-school students for college is to assist them in building a solid academic foundation.
We have reached capacity for all organizations visits during the spring semester.
To register to visit during the summer (mid-June to mid-August), please fill out our form here.
