Every attempt has been made to allow completion, printing and submission of this form function on many platforms and browsers. However, there are some caveats before you begin:
Submission of this form is supported on both Windows PC's and Macs.
You will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader (which is a free program) installed to use this form. The latest version from Adobe is recommended however you should be able to complete and submit the form with any version greater than 4.05. If you do not have the latest installed we recommend you go to the Adobe site ( http://www.adobe.com ) and download the latest Acrobat Reader for your platform from the Download section.
In order to submit, Adobe must be running inside a browser window. If it is not, and Adobe opens in a separate window from your browser window you will not be able to submit the form. You should stop there and go back to the Boston College Undergraduate Admission site and use another method of submitting your application.
If you use Internet Explorer for your browser, it should be version 5.0 or greater.
If you use Netscape it should be either version 4.7, or version 6.2 or greater. (Netscape 6.0 does not support the completion of Adobe Forms. If you are a Netscape 6.0 user you will need to upgrade to Netscape 7.0 to use this form.)
If you experience problems printing the form try setting the selection "Print as Image" in the Printer Dialogue box after selecting the print button on the form.
After printing a copy of the form, and submitting the form from the SUBMIT button on the form, you should receive a confirmation page. If you do not see this page, do not hit the submit button again. You should mail a copy of the printed form to the address in the introduction page.
