    THANKSGIVING DAY HOST PROGRAM

Thanksgiving is traditionally a time for Americans to be with their family, to remember their good fortune, and to be thankful for all that they have. Considering that many of the US students will be spending the holiday at home with their families, the Office of International Students & Scholars sponsors a special program for international students. In October, international students at Boston College receive an invitation to share in a traditional Thanksgiving Day feast with a Boston College faculty member or administrator. Not only does this program allow students to experience a US Thanksgiving holiday, but will also introduce them to other members of our community.
