A. BC Alumni can use the Alumni Directory in the Alumni Online Community.
Q. How can students, faculty, staff and deparrtmental representatives update directory information and preferences?
A. Personal information in the directory can be updated using the UView functions of Agora. Departmental representatives can request changes to the departmental information displayed in the department directory by contacting the Records Coordinator in Human Resources.
Q. How can alumni change their addresses electronically?
A. Alumni can update addresses and other demographic information in the Alumni Online Community.
Q. What is the street address of Boston College?

Q. How can I get Application, Admission, Campus Tour or Financial aid information for undergraduate or graduate school?
A. Visit the Admission Information page that links to all Boston College admission offices. If you merely wish to request an undergraduate admission information pack, use the undergraduate admission information request form.

A. 1) Consult the Help Center web site where where you'll find documentation and information for your technical questions.

3) Contact the Boston College Help Center at 617-552-HELP (4357) 24 hours a day. Faculty and staff can also get computer help by contacting their Technology Consultant.

A. Most BC web pages indicate the department that manages the page at the bottom of the page. Please attempt to contact the department that manages the page from contact information on the page or in the department's web site. If unsuccessful, use the forms below.
